Hi everyone.......... Andrew and Meredith Wilson (formerly John Wilson Antiques) are very excited to announce we are now in business! Named "andrew wilson", we have a full shop of French Provincial Antiques and Decor". We have leased a shop in Malvern Rd, Hawksburn Village (Prahran), and are displaying items purchased on a trip that took me from Normandy and Brittany in the west to Chablis in central France and then down to the south and Avignon, Montpellier, Bezier and surrounds.
The initial stock is an eclectic one...... Some lovely French Provincial Dining Tables in Cherrywood and Oak; other furniture including Bedside Tables, Coffee Tables, Buffets, Painted furniture, Sets of Dining Chairs, Armoires and a magnificent Oak Shop Counter with 18 Drawers.
The smaller items include many items of French Brocante ....... including Wine related items from the 30's to 50's,(Riddling Racks, Grape Baskets/Boxes, Bottle Carriers), Zinc Ware, Pottery, Paintings, Mirrors, Shutters, Brassware, Glass and Lighting
We will post some photographs of new stock from time to time ........
